Chiarene Cooper is one of our fantastic violinists in the WA Charity Orchestra. Originally from Cairns in North Queensland, Chiarene saw this video  when she was 4 years old and heard Brahms Hungarian Dance 5 being played in the background, and has been inspired ever since! She moved to Melbourne to study her Bachelor of Music Performance at the University of Melbourne. She has since moved to Perth and is working as a violin teacher at various studios and is studying her Masters of Teaching (Secondary Music) at the University of Western Australia and finally starting to feel like a Perth local.

Chiarene hopes to continue down her path of being a music and violin teacher and travel more in her future. Hobbies include putting together the best cheeseboard and forcing her dog to swim at the beach with her.
